Strategy & Mission
Nurturing connections - past, present and future

Our vision is to cultivate a vibrant, supportive community that spans the globe, encompassing all who have shared the St Margaret's College experience. We aim to foster a sense of unity and belonging that prevails, nurturing connections from the past, enriching the present, and inspiring the future.

To realise our vision, the SMCOGA engages in strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous evaluation of our initiatives. We collaborate closely with the College, alumnae, and the wider community to ensure our activities and programmes are relevant, impactful, and inclusive.

Mission and Strategy for St Margaret’s College stakeholder engagement and community relations:

To ensure that all members of the St Margaret’s College community feel engaged.

To provide professional governance and fiscal management in the best interests of all stakeholders.

To operate in an environmentally sustainable manner.

To foster mutually beneficial and respectful relationships with the College, Trust Board, Foundation, Parents and Friends Association (PFA) and the Christ’s College Old Boys’ Association (CCOBA).

To encourage philanthropy in support of the College’s vision and strategic priorities.
