Parents & Friends
Enriching our parent and caregiver community

The Parents and Friends Association (PFA) at St Margaret’s College is an integral part of our school community.

Established with the goal of strengthening the bonds within our parent community, the PFA serves as a link between parents, caregivers, and the College.

As a parent or caregiver of a St Margaret’s student, you are automatically welcomed into the PFA through an annual subscription, joining a network of families dedicated to enriching the school experience for all.

Our PFA meetings, held twice per term, offer a unique platform for parents to engage with College Leadership, the Trust Board, and various guest speakers, typically staff who lead diverse programmes across the College. These gatherings are informative and foster a sense of community and shared aspiration.

The PFA’s purpose is to actively involve parents and caregivers in the St Margaret’s community, creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and relationship-building. We play a central role in organising events, such as the annual Family Picnic, much-loved father-daughter breakfasts, and a parent education series, which enhance the interaction between parents and the College.

Being part of the PFA means being closely engaged in your child’s education and the broader St Margaret’s community. Involvement in the PFA offers a multitude of benefits. We encourage all parents to join us and become active participants in our vibrant community.
