Girls in the Junior School are invited to bring a special person in their life to enjoy breakfast and to hear from a guest speaker and author, Katie Pye.
Katie is a New Zealand-based author with a daft sense of humour and a knack for turning everyday parenting moments into something a little more meaningful. After penning a retelling of The Three Little Pigs about wise trust, she accidentally started something much bigger — the Fairytale Fraud series.
With 11 books now released, Katie has also created practical tools like monthly missions and conversation meal mats to help families connect. The kaupapa is fun first, with well-being themes woven in lightly — and kids love them.
With three children of her own, Katie knows how hard parenting can be. She hopes to make it easier to have the conversations that matter.
Organised by the Parents and Friends Association, tickets are $30 per person. One ticket per person is required; please follow the link to book tickets.
