Girls in Year 7&8 are invited to bring a special person in their life to enjoy breakfast and to hear from a guest speaker, Canterbury Tactix player Josie Seymour.

Josie is a new breed of young netball talent emerging at the elite level, playing her first full-time contract for the Tactix in 2026. She made her ANZ Premiership debut for the Tactix last season in their final round game against the Mystics. Selected in the game-day squad for the elimination final and grand final, she was part of the Tactix’s history-making first title win. 

An SMC Old Girl, Josie, will share some insights into her journey from school into professional sport and some of the secrets of playing for an elite sports team.

Organised by the Parents and Friends Association, tickets are $33 per person. One ticket per person is required as this is a PFA event and separate from the boarder's breakfast; please follow the link to book tickets.
