Important Information:

• This event is for grandparents and special friends of our girls in the Middle and Senior Schools (Year 7-13). Grandparents and special friends of our children in the Junior and Preschools should register for the event on Wednesday, 3 June. 
• If guests have children in both the Middle/Senior and Junior/Preschool, they are welcome to attend both days.
• To minimise disruption to teaching and learning, guests are only able to visit Middle/Senior School students on Tuesday, 2 June, and Junior/Preschool students on Wednesday, 3 June. There will be no provision to take students out of class if it is not their School’s Grandparents and Special Friends' Day. 
• Please ensure all guests are registered so we can ensure everyone is catered for.

Middle and Senior School (Years 7–13) – Tuesday, 2 June.

12.10pm - Students meet their guests outside the Old Girls’ Atrium and take their seats in the Chapel.
12.20pm - Assembly begins
1.00pm - Students accompany their guests for light refreshments in the Old Girls’ Atrium. Guests may tour the campus with their hosts.
1.45pm - Students return to class.

Please note: If you register for your child's grandparents using your email address, our system will record the attendee as you. As we're not printing name labels, this registration is purely for catering numbers.
