SMC staff member Louise Glossop is the Director of Enchanting Productions World Premiere - Fairystories; Love Loss and Lies.
Also starring St Margaret’s College Old Girl Sophie Landis, this is a musical inspired by the true story of Elsie Wright and Francis Griffiths' The Cottingley Fairies, a series of five photographs depicting proof of the existence of fairies.
The photos came to the attention of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, who as a spiritualist, was enthusiastic about the photographs, and interpreted them as clear and visible evidence of psychic phenomena.
Fairystories is being staged at The Piano from April 10 - 13. Tickets can be bought through Eventfinda.
