Emily's dual degree reflects both her analytical curiosity and her passion for understanding the social world around her. Emily is eager to immerse herself in tertiary study and the vibrant life of a city she has always admired. She looks forward to exploring everything from quantum physics to gender and queer studies, embracing the diversity of thought and opportunity that university offers.
Emily's ambition is to become an astrophysicist, researching dark matter and the expansion of the universe. Alongside this, she hopes to advocate for greater representation of women and the queer community in STEM, helping to create more inclusive academic spaces where all identities are seen and valued.
