Monday
Boarders Mac Cheese - macaroni pasta in a cheese sauce
Falafel Burger – pretzel bun with falafel patty, carrot, lettuce, mint yoghurt dressing (GF option/V)

Tuesday
Vegetarian Asian noodles - julienne of seasonal vegetables, cannellini beans, rice noodles and sprouts (GF/DF)          
Salmon Bagels - wholemeal bagel, salmon mousse, spinach, and caper mayo
Salad of the day - cous cous salad

Wednesday
Chicken and Vegetable dumplings – steamed chicken and vegetable dumplings served on rice.
Salad of the day - cous cous salad

Thursday
Chicken and bean nachos - chicken and red beans in a tomato and spicy vegetable sauce over corn chips topped with cheese and sour cream (GF/DF)
Thai Beef salad - rice noodles, rump steak, celery, red onion, cucumber and mint, mesclun and dressing (GF/DF)

Friday
Vegetable Ravioli – vegetable-packed  pasta parcels in a fresh tomato sauce (V)
Chicken kebabs - skinless chicken thigh kebabs served with rice  and satay sauce (GF/DF) CONTAINS NUTS

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. A large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. Please check with staff before purchasing if you have any allergies and refer to the menu.
