Monday
Beef and vegetable stir fry – lean sliced beef with a selection of seasonal vegetables on steamed rice (GF/DF)
Potato, leek and bacon soup – thick and creamy potato and leek soup with bacon (GF/DF)

Tuesday
House Day – whole school shared lunch 

Wednesday
Chicken dumplings – steamed chicken and vegetable dumplings served with steamed rice
Salad of the day – chicken noodle salad

Thursday
Chicken chow mein - lean chicken mince, seasonal diced vegetables and egg noodles
Sweet chilli beef salads - tender beef pieces with a selection of seasonal vegetables and sauces  (GF/DF)

Friday
Marinated chicken drumsticks – Chicken drums marinated overnight in garlic, tomato, and soy sauce  - served with rice (GF/DF)
Beef Enchiladas - savoury lean mince wrapped in a tortilla, oven-baked, and topped with cheese and sour cream 

 

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks, as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options
