Beef Nachos – lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce, served with corn chips, sour cream and cheese (GF/DF)
Salmon avocado and spinach wraps - cold sliced salmon smashed avocado and mesclun in a spinach wrap (GF option)
Wednesday
Hot brunch - hashbrowns, scrambled egg, breakfast pork sausage and bacon and tomato chutney (GF/DF option) or hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, roasted mushrooms, wilted spinach (V)
Thursday
Pork and coriander dumplings - steamed pork and coriander dumplings – dipping sauce and steamed rice
Tomato and herb soup - served with garlic bread (GF/DF soup)
Friday
Red Curry Beef – tender pieces of lean beef cooked in a mild red curry sauce served with steamed rice (GF/Contains Nuts) Bacon and Egg McMuffins - toasted English muffin, grilled bacon and poached egg, topped with hollandaise sauce
Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks, as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
