Spaghetti and meatballs - beef meatballs, homemade tomato sauce served on spaghetti
Wednesday
Roast vegetable pasta bake - a selection of root vegetables, baby spinach & pasta in a light creamy sauce (V)
Pork dumplings - steamed pork dumplings served with a dipping sauce and rice
Thursday
Chicken quesadillas - wholemeal tortilla filled with shredded chicken and tasty cheese, and toasted (GF option)
BBQ pork on rice - BBQ pork fillets, cooked in the sauce, served on rice, with a spring onion mayo (GF/DF)
Friday
Chicken pesto pasta bake - lean chicken thighs and pasta in a creamy pesto sauce
Lamb wraps - minted lamb with lettuce, cucumber and yoghurt in a grain wrap (GF option)
Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
