Tomato and basil gnocchi - potato gnocchi served with a tomato and basil sauce
Wednesday
Chicken & vegetable dumplings - steamed chicken & vegetable dumplings with dipping sauce and steamed rice
Thursday
Pork spare ribs - marinated pork ribs, slow-cooked in a tomato, honey, and soy sauce, served with steamed rice (GF/DF)
Ham and cheese panini - ham and cheese in a toasted panini served with tomato relish
