Monday
Marinated pork spare ribs - pork spare ribs marinated oven night, oven baked and served with steamed rice (GF/DF)
Chicken tacos  - fried chicken, avocado and lettuce in a soft taco

Tuesday
Chicken, broccoli and pesto pasta bake - chicken and broccoli with pasta in a light creamy pesto sauce
Vegetarian nachos - bean and corn mix on corn chips, with optional sour cream and cheese (GF/DF option)

Wednesday
Chicken, egg and veggie rice paper rolls - shredded chicken, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, mint, coriander and vermicelli wrapped in a rice paper roll with hoisin dipping sauce (GF/DF)

Thursday
Beef nachos - lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce, served over corn chips, sour cream and cheese (GF)
Chicken and cranberry burger -  grilled skinless chicken thighs with lettuce, cheese and cranberry sauce in a toasted burger bun (GF option)

Friday
Greek lamb toasted wraps - lamb, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, and red onion in a grilled wrap
Ciabatta steak sandwiches - mini sirloin steaks, tomato relish, and iceberg lettuce, in a fresh ciabatta roll  (GF option)

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
