Monday
Korean BBQ - chicken thighs with pickled cucumber and steamed rice (GF/DF)
Boarders mac cheese  - pasta onion and bacon in a cheesy sauce

Tuesday
Gnocchi Kindo - gnocchi in a tomato and spicy vegetable sauce, served with parmesan cheese
Pumpkin, feta and spinach tarts  - vegetarian served with mini green salad and tomato relish

Wednesday
Chicken and salad bao buns - marinated chicken thighs, lettuce, and roasted sesame dressing

Thursday
Chicken noodles - julienne of seasonal vegetables, poached chicken thighs, rice noodles and sprouts (GF/DF)
Ham and cheese quesadillas - two tortillas filled with ham and cheese   

Friday
Chicken and egg fried rice - shredded chicken, rice and seasonal vegetables with fried egg (GF/DF)
Homemade beef and cheese pies - tender pieces of beef slowly cooked in a gravy, tasty cheese, in a savoury

Also available is a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options as well as a selection of sushi, small sushi sticks and sushi salad
