Creamy Sundried tomato pasta bake -  sundried tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables and penne pasta    
Beef and broccoli noodle stir-fry - egg noodles and lean beef cooked with broccoli in a light Asian sauce

Tuesday
Chicken vegetable stir-fry - marinated chicken thighs cooked in a stir-fry sauce  with seasonal vegetables (GF/DF)
Greek lamb toasted wraps - lamb, tzatziki sauce, lettuce, red onion, in a grilled wrap

Wednesday
Beef Taco salad - lettuce, seasoned mince and black beans, corn, tomatoes, avocados, sour cream and cheese  (GF option)           

Thursday
Combination fried rice - roast meats, egg rice with a selection of seasonal vegetables (GF/DF)
Bacon and egg bap - grilled bacon and poached egg in a fresh pretzel bap with hollandaise sauce

Friday
Marinated pork spare ribs - marinated pork spare ribs, served with rice   (GF/DF)                          
Mini spring rolls- oven-baked spring rolls on steamed rice with sweet and sour sauce (V)

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
