Cafe Menu Term 4, Week 6

Monday
Beef and pasta bake - lean beef mince in a tomato and vegetable sauce topped with cheese and baked in the oven 
Fish n chips - oven-baked crumbed fish with homemade fries, tartare sauce           

Tuesday
Teriyaki beef - teriyaki beef strips and a selection of seasonal vegetables on rice  (GF/DF)
Greek lamb wraps - slow-cooked legs of lamb served in a wrap with salad ingredients and tzatziki sauce

Wednesday
Wedges day - oven baked fresh potato  wedges, served with sour cream, sweet chilli, grated cheese and or tomato  sauce (GF/DF)

Thursday
Sweet and sour spring rolls - mini vegetarian spring rolls, oven-baked, coated in a sweet and sour sauce, served with rice
Chicken and cheese quesadilla  - tortilla filled with cheese and shredded chicken (GF/DF option)

Friday
Canterbury Anniversary Day Café closed

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
