Monday
Chicken and cashew nut stir fry - sliced chicken thighs, seasonal vegetables and toasted cashew nuts   – served with rice (GF/DF) (CONTAINS NUTS)
Tandoori Beef wraps  Kindo - marinated beef strips, lettuce, cucumber and mango chutney

Tuesday
Marinated chicken drums - chicken drumsticks marinated overnight in garlic, tomato, and soya sauce – served with rice (GF/DF)
Bacon and egg pie - a topless bacon and egg pie made with free-range eggs, served with a tomato chutney  

Wednesday
Chicken Tortellini - chicken pasta parcels in a homemade tomato sauce

Thursday
Beef Stroganoff on rice - thin sliced beef, served in a creamy sauce with mushrooms and gherkins (GF)
Salmon, avocado and spinach wraps - cold sliced salmon, smashed avocado and mesclun salad in a spinach wrap

Friday
Pork and vegetable dumplings - steamed pork and vegetable dumplings – dipping sauce and steamed rice 
Chicken Bento Bowl  - teriyaki chicken, udon noodles, and sliced cabbage, carrot – kewpie mayo

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
