Monday
Beef bao buns - lean beef sirloin and special sauce in a steamed soft bao bun
American hot dogs - hot steamed roll, a frankfurter, your choice of tomato, mustard and grilled onions (GF option)

Tuesday
Boarders Mac Cheese - bacon and onions mixed with pasta in a cheese sauce           
Thai Beef salad - rice noodles, rump steak, celery, red onion, cucumber, mint, mesclun and dressing (GF/DF)

Wednesday
Curly fries - oven-baked seasoned curly fries – served with sour cream

Thursday
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli - vegetarian pasta parcels – in a tomato sauce

Friday
Vegetarian pad thai - grilled tofu, seasonal vegetables, egg pancakes and flat rice noodles, coated in a light pad thai sauce
Japanese Curry - tender pieces of beef, potato and vegetables in a Japanese curry sauce

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
