Beef Lasagna - lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce, together with gluten-free lasagna, topped with a gluten-free cheese sauce (GF) (Kindo lunch)
Tuesday
Marinated chicken nibbles - chicken nibbles marinated overnight in garlic, tomato, and soya sauce – served with rice (GF/DF) (Kindo lunch)
Wednesday
Beef Nachos - lean beef mince, cooked in a tomato sauce, served with cheese and corn chips (GF option) (Kindo lunch)
Thursday
Butter Beef Curry - tender pieces of beef cooked in a mild butter sauce, and steamed rice (GF)
Bacon and egg McMuffins - crispy bacon, poached egg and hollandaise sauce in a muffin split (Kindo lunch)
Friday
Chicken Udon Noodles - shredded chicken, seasonal vegetables, with udon noodles (Kindo lunch)
Cream of Vegetable soup and bread roll - loaded with seasonal vegetables in a light creamy soup.
Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
