With a message on the value of service and giving back, we were honored to welcome Old Girl and International Baccalaureate graduate Kaitlyn White to SMC to speak at our IB Graduation Ceremony.
Kaitlyn, now a criminal justice lawyer, shared with our class of 2023 IB graduates and our current students the importance of the skills she gained, particularly from the Creativity, Activity, and Service (CAS) component of the IB Diploma. Acknowledging her own St. Margaret's education as a privilege, Old Girl Kaitlyn encouraged our most recent Old Girls and our current students to use the skills they learn at SMC to benefit others, and reflected on her experiences with social justice and advocating for young people.
Thank you to Kaitlyn and our recent IB graduates for returning to the College.
