Maddie Wilson (Y9 2015) is competing in the demanding Heptathlon, showcasing her incredible versatility and endurance across seven events. Meanwhile, Jordyn Blake (Y9 2013) is making waves as part of the New Zealand women’s 4x400m relay team.
After a strong heat, Jordyn and her teammates qualified for the final, an impressive feat on the world stage. In the final, the team delivered a gutsy and high-calibre performance, finishing within a second of the national record. Their race was a testament to determination, teamwork, and world-class athleticism.
It’s inspiring to see our alumnae making their mark internationally, and we know the St Margaret’s community will be cheering them on from home. Maddie and Jordyn continue to embody the spirit of excellence and perseverance that defines our graduates.
