Labour Day. Hot lunch for boarders in the dining room at 12.30pm.
Tuesday
Teriyaki Chicken Bao Buns - Teriyaki chicken served with salad and mayo in bao buns (GF option available).
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli - Pasta parcels filled with spinach and ricotta in a creamy herb sauce.
Wednesday
American Hot Dogs - Hot steamed roll with a frankfurter, your choice of tomato sauce, mustard and grilled onions (GF option available).
Thursday
Butter Chicken with Rice - Tender chicken cooked in a mild, creamy tomato and butter sauce, served with fragrant rice (GF).
Crumbed Fish Brioche Burgers - Crumbed fish in a brioche burger bun with tartare sauce.
Friday
Satay Beef, Vegetables and Rice - Tender pieces of beef with crisp vegetables in a peanut sauce on rice (GF/DF, contains nuts).
Also available Tuesday to Friday: a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls (including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options), plus a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian and tuna sushi, and small sushi sticks.
