Monday
Beef and Vegetable Chow Mein - Lean beef mince with seasonal vegetables and noodles.
BLT Sandwich - Multigrain sandwich filled with bacon, lettuce and tomato (GF option available).
Tuesday
Spaghetti and Meatballs - Beef meatballs, homemade tomato sauce and spaghetti.
Baked Potatoes - Hot baked potatoes with a choice of toppings: baked beans or creamed corn, cheese and sour cream (GF/DF, vegetarian).
Wednesday
Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli - Ricotta and spinach pasta parcels in a homemade creamy sauce (vegetarian).
Thursday
Beef and Cheese Burgers - Lightly toasted burger bun filled with a beef patty, cheese, lettuce and onion relish.
Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla - Tortilla filled with chicken and cheese, grilled with sour cream and salsa.
Friday
Crunchy Chicken on Spinach and Rice - Steamed rice, baby spinach and crunchy chicken pieces, with a choice of sauces (GF/DF).
Beef Enchiladas - Savoury lean mince wrapped in a tortilla, oven-baked and topped with cheese and sour cream.
Also available daily: a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls (including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options), plus a selection of sushi, small sushi sticks and sushi salad. Wednesday to Friday also include rice balls and chicken, vegetarian and tuna sushi.
