BOARDERS WEEK – ALL DISHES THIS WEEK HAVE BEEN CHOSEN BY OUR BOARDERS
Monday
Greek Lamb wraps - slow-cooked lamb served with lettuce and cucumber in a wrap, served with a mint yoghurt dressing (GF option available)
Tuesday
Beef nachos - lean beef mince cooked in a rich tomato sauce, served with cheese, corn chips & sour cream, & cheese (GF/DF option available)
Wednesday
Pork Belly Bao buns - soft fluffy bao buns filled with sticky pork belly and coleslaw sesame dressing
Thursday
BLAT - crispy bacon, iceberg lettuce, avocado and sliced tomatoes in white toast bread (GF/DF option availbale)
Friday
Beef Burger - beef patty, lettuce, cheese and tomato sauce in a pretzel bun
Chicken Burger - chicken thighs, lettuce, cheese and tomato sauce in a bap roll (GF/DF option available)
Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
