Salmon Bagels - fresh wholemeal bagels filled with salmon spread and baby spinach leaves

Marinated chicken drums - chicken drumsticks marinated in a tomato and soy sauce – served with rice (GF/DF)
Pork Belly Bao Buns - crispy pork belly, served with pickled cucumber and hoisin sauce
Wednesday
Spinach and Ricotta ravioli - pasta parcels filled with spinach and ricotta in a creamy tomato & herb sauce
Thursday
Vegetarian dumplings - vegetable dumplings with rice and dipping sauce
Beef Enchiladas - savoury lean mince wrapped in a tortilla, oven-baked, topped with cheese and sour cream
Friday
Fish burger - crumbed fish pieces, lettuce, tomato, tartare sauce in a pretzel bun (GF option)
Vietnamese pork and rice noodle salad - pork mince, coriander, lime, carrots and cucumber with rice noodles (GF)
