Monday
Combination fried noodles - a combination of meats, noodles, and a selection of seasonal vegetables
Spiced chicken wraps - spiced middle eastern chicken thighs, yoghurt dressing, lettuce in a wholemeal wrap (GF)

Tuesday
Beef pasta bake - lean beef mince, cooked in a tomato sauce, mixed with pasta, grilled cheese on top                                
Spinach and Ricotta tart  - savoury pastry filled with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling

Wednesday
Chicken and cashew nut stir-fry - tender pieces of chicken thighs in a light oyster sauce and seasonal vegetables (GF/DF)

Thursday
Marinated Pork spare ribs  - pork spare ribs marinated in a tomato and soya sauce – served with rice (GF/DF)
Pumpkin soup - thick and creamy homemade pumpkin soup served with a bread roll (GF option)

Friday
Meatball subs - beef meatballs in a pasta sauce, served in a long roll with grilled cheese on top
Roast vegetable and sundried tomato filo parcel - seasonal vegetables roasted with sundried tomatoes wrapped in layers of filo pastry

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
