Cafe Menu Term 2, Week 7

Monday
Egg and tofu rice paper rolls - filled with egg and grilled tofu, carrot, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, mint & rice noodles – dipping sauce (GF/DF)
Chicken and kumara pie - creamy vegetable sauce with chunks of chicken thighs and roast kumara, encased in savoury pastry

Tuesday
Chicken noodle soup - poached chicken served in a broth with rice noodles and greens with a fresh bread roll (GF/DF)
Ham and cheese quesadillas - two tortillas filled with ham and cheese   

Wednesday
Marinated chicken drumsticks - chicken drumsticks marinated overnight in garlic, tomato, and soya sauce  - served with rice (GF/DF)

Thursday
Chicken chow mein - lean chicken mince, seasonal diced vegetables and egg noodles
Sweet chilli beef salads -  tender beef pieces, with a selection of seasonal vegetables and sauces  (GF/DF)

Friday
Beef Enchiladas - savoury lean mince wrapped in a tortilla, oven-baked, and topped with cheese and sour cream (GF option)
BBQ pork - BBQ pork fillets, served on rice and a spring onion mayo (GF)

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as welll as large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
