Thursday
Beef Nachos - lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce served over corn chips, sour cream and cheese
Chicken and cranberry burger - Grilled skinless chicken thighs with lettuce, cheese and cranberry sauce in a toasted burger bun (GF) (Kindo lunch)
Friday
Greek lamb toasted wraps - lamb, Tzatziki sauce lettuce, red onion in a grilled wrap (Kindo lunch)
Ciabatta steak sandwiches - mini sirloin steaks, tomato relish, iceberg lettuce, in a fresh ciabatta roll (GF option)
Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks, as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options
