Monday
Marinated pork spare ribs – pork spare ribs marinated oven night, oven baked, served with steamed rice (GF/DF) (Kindo lunch)
Chicken tacos -  Fried chicken, avocado and lettuce in a soft taco

Tuesday
Chicken, broccoli and pesto pasta bake - chicken and broccoli with pasta in a light creamy pesto sauce (Kindo lunch)
Vegetarian Nachos - bean and corn mix on corn chips, optional sour cream and cheese                  

Wednesday
Chicken, egg and vege rice paper rolls - shredded chicken, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, mint & coriander and vermicelli wrapped in a rice paper roll – hoisin dipping sauce (GF/DF) (Kindo lunch)

Thursday
Beef Nachos - lean beef mince cooked in a tomato sauce served over corn chips, sour cream and cheese
Chicken and cranberry burger -  Grilled skinless chicken thighs with lettuce, cheese and cranberry sauce in a toasted burger bun (GF) (Kindo lunch)                      

Friday
Greek lamb toasted wraps - lamb, Tzatziki sauce lettuce, red onion in a grilled wrap (Kindo lunch)
Ciabatta steak sandwiches - mini sirloin steaks, tomato relish, iceberg lettuce, in a fresh ciabatta roll  (GF option)

Also available is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks, as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls, including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options

Kindo lunch is available using the app for Years 1-8.
