Dear Year 13 parents and caregivers,
The St Margaret’s College Old Girls’ Association is delighted to invite you and your daughter to the 2025 Leavers’ Ball on Thursday, 4 December, at St Margaret’s College.
This evening marks the end of your daughter's time at St Margaret's College and her introduction to the Old Girls’ Association.
The evening will run as follows:
5.30pm - Join together at the Old Girls' Atrium for pre-dinner drinks and canapes.
6.00pm - Parents and caregivers are then invited to move through to the Gym and find their tables. Beer and wine will be available at the bar to purchase for your table. EFTPOS only. Non alcoholic options will be freely available. For smooth management and to avoid wristbanding students, only parents and guardians will be permitted to purchase alcohol at the bar.
6.30pm - After having their group photo taken, your daughters will then enter the gym to be welcomed into the Old Girls’ Association by President Sophie Fitzsimons. They will then join together as a group one last time before taking their seats with you.
The final date to purchase tickets is Friday, 21 November. If you have any questions about the event, please contact our Alumnae Manager, Amanda Marchant, on 03 379 2000 or amanda.marchant@stmargarets.school.nz
This is a formal event but black tie is not required.
We look forward to sharing this evening with you all.
