Bao Buns - marinated chicken thighs, lettuce and yoghurt dressing

                   
Tuesday
Homemade wedges   - oven baked potato wedges – with sour cream and chilli sauce (GF/DF)
Caramel pork belly - pork belly slow cooked in coconut water served on rice (GF/DF)
Salad of the day chef’s choice pasta salad

Wednesday
Spaghetti and meatballs  - beef meatballs with homemade tomato sauce and spaghetti
Salad of the day chef's choice pasta salad

Thursday
Beef fried rice – tender pieces of roast beef with a selection of seasonal vegetables (GF/DF)
Marinated chicken drums - chicken drums marinated in a tomato and soy sauce – served with rice (GF/DF)

Friday
Beef burger - lean beef pattie, lettuce, tomato, and cheese in a pretzel bun (GF option)
Vietnamese pork and rice noodle salad - pork mince, coriander, lime, carrots and cucumber with rice noodles

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. As well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options
