Monday
Beef and pasta bake - lean mince cooked in a tomato sauce, mixed with pasta, baked in the oven with cheese on top
BLT - bacon, lettuce and tomatoes in a fresh bread roll (GF option)

Tuesday
Chicken pasta bake - skinless chicken thighs in a creamy cheese sauce with penne pasta         
Crumbed chicken tacos - soft taco, crumbed chicken tenders, salad topped with a pineapple and avocado salsa (GF option)          
Salad of the day - broccoli and cranberry salad

Wednesday
Vegetarian rice paper rolls – egg and tofu, vegetables and rice noodles and a dipping sauce (GF/DF)
Salad of the day - broccoli and cranberry salad

Thursday
Chicken Dumplings -steamed chicken and vegetable dumplings served with steamed rice
Mexican soft shell beef tacos- beef sirloin in a soft taco with seasonal salad ingredients and a tomato and coriander salsa (GF/DF option)

Friday
Beef Nachos - lean beef mince and kidney beans cooked in a rich tomato sauce, served with sour cream, cheese (GF/DF)

Also available each day is a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options as well as a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks
